OMS configuration failed: EM CC 13c installation

Hi,

I have reached 64% at the installation of EM CC 13c where I received an error which says "OMS configuration failed.

Please help me to progress with the installation.

Note: I already had Oracle Database 12cR2 installed on my machine before starting installation of OEM CC 13c.

The log file has been attached.
