OMS 4 TAKING BACKUP

Hi joel perez!!

I have Oracle 9i release 2. install on windows 2000 server.
How can I set up Oracle Managemnet Server. I want to take backup, but it says that the Enterprise Manager must be connected to the Oracle Management Server.

so,
1) what is Oracle Management server(OMS) ?

2) where to install OMS? in the same machine and in the same home as for Oracle 9i?

3)What's the concept of console,Oracle Managemet server and Intelligent Agent

4)what is repository that is used by OMS.

5)How to set up OMS?
