OLVM: VM console do not working on Windows client

Have a great day to you all,

I trying to install VM on my OLVM. After I created the VM and start it, I need to console via GUI to install OS. But, When I open the "console.vv" file (using ovirt-viewer on my windows client), nothing appears. The "console.vv" file was automatically deleted

Anyone had similar issues?

My client: Windows 10

OLVM version: 4.3

oVirt-viewer version: 9.0 for windows 64
