OLT access from diferent machines

Hi ,
I have a working installation of Oracle ATS with OLT working fine on my laptop. Now I want to access this OLT from a browser on a different laptop on the same network and run load tests. Is this possible? Do I need to do something special to enable this on the OLT server?

Also I wanted to know if I can use remote agent in a different remote network during load testing?
