Ole2 and Batch E-mail

Hi,
Based on metalink Note:47498.1 my application sends emails from Form 6 application. The procedure uses ole2 package. The procedure first sends E-mail to outbox of outlook. Outlook in turn sends the E-mail. I am not using MS Exchange. The process works fine for individual E-mails.
However when I try to send batch E-mails the process fails after sending about 200 e-mails. I get 300500 error. Once I get this error I am no longer able to send E-mails using this procedure and I consistently get 300500 error on that machine.
If I do a new install I am able to send another 200 E-mails and that' s it. not sure whether it is limtation of outlook or what?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
