OLE DB for oracle not working on Win2K

Hi,
I am using P4 machine with Win2k, MSSQL 7.0,MDAC2.7 SP1. Now, I would like to connect to Oralce8i thur MSSQL Server Enterprise Manager, however, after I install OLE DB 9.0.1.0.1 the connection wasnt sucess on Enterprise Manager. I already check on the registy and oraoledb*.dll.

What is /are causing the connection problems, error message from Enterprise Manager "Error 7399: OLE DB provider 'MSDAORA' reported an error"?
