OLAP API requires Windows MSVCP60.DLL

Do you have MSVCP60.DLL on your Windows machine? It turns out that the oraolapapi9.dll will not load without this Windows DLL. This file needs to be in your Windows system32 directory. If oraolapapi9.dll is not loaded, nothing related to the OLAP API will work. Both the BI Beans and Cube Viewer are OLAP API clients.
