OLAP and OWB?????????

hello. i'm new to oracle warehouse builder. so maybe this is a stupid question :))

my client wants to build a warehouse.

the relational db is oracle.
so which is the best tool for creating the warehouse????????

can i use oracle warehouse builder? owb is related to olap? the only way to create a warehouse is to create dimensions and cubes etc????

how the reports will look like in the end??????

can i use for interface jdeveloper10g and bi beans???

there are other sort of reports beside crosstabs and graphs?????
