OL8 dnf install or yum install for oracle database 19c

Hi all,

To install Oracle Database 19c prerequisite for OS packages such as binutils, glib etc in OL8, do we do a yum install or dnf install?

what is the difference between the two?

If dnf install, dnf config-manager --enable ?what?

what packages in OL7 now changes to use dnf in OL8?

In OL7, we use yum install. In OL8, seems like it is more going towards dnf install.
