OL 7.5 breaks USB 2 and USB 3 support

CONCEPT21Jun 21 2018 — edited Jun 22 2018

Hello, I am doing a fresh installation of Oracle Linux 7.5 on a machine with this board:

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/970A-G46.html

The OS drive is a WD 1TB hard disk.  So I expected it would have been an ordinary job, but it turns out to be very strange. The USB 2 and USB 3 are not recognised or turned on by Oracle Linux 7.5 UEK4 or RHCK.  Sometimes, even the ethernet port, which is a 1Gb Realtek, is not connected (connecting forever).

I have tested the whole system with the System Rescue CD

Every thing that I plug in, including my Logitec wireless mouse on USB 2 port, a fax modem on another USB 2 port, a flash drive on another USB 3 port, is seen and turned on by System Rescue OS.  So the problems are due to Oracle Linux 7.5.

Could any body tell me how to correct it?  Now, the USB mouse is not working and the Gnome desktop becomes useless.  Really very frustrated!
