页面刷新问题！请各位高手指点！

在jsp页面中如果有修改数据库操作的代码，在页面刷新的同时也重新修改了数据库，如果是update也好，但如果是insert那就完了！！我目前的做法是将这中页面不显示，一旦运行完毕后马上跳转到其他页面（如修改后的结果页面），但是，在网速慢时这个页面仍然有暴露给用户的时间，这时如果刷新页面仍然会导致数据的错误。还有没有其他的办法？？？？谢谢！！！
