OJDBC14.jar vs OJDBC6.jar compactable issue

Hi All

We migrated our application into WAS7 from WAS6.1. I am facing java.lang.IllegalAccessException while connecting DB. it was working fine with WAS6.1 and OJDBC14.jar..after migrated part of my application is working fine with OJDBC6.jar in WAS7. I am not sure what is blocking me in WAS7 with OJDBC14.jar.. Can someone help me on this?

Error:
java.lang.IllegalAccessException: Class com.XXX.Utils can not access a member of class oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleResultSet with modifiers "public"
