Hi All,


For an OIM Implementation, Authoritative Source feed is coming from csv file.

I have a requirement for a User Transfer Use case,If the Feed suggest that it is Transfer Case(based on some flag in the feed)

then following has to happen

1. Disable Existing OIM account
2. Disable all Target Resource Account.
3. If all Target Account are disabled Successfully then
4.Create a new OIM account for this user with new User login.
5.Provision the Target Resources.

I do understand that i can disable the User account and further the disable the Target resources attached through a single recon event, but how could i create a new User thereafter in that recon event itself.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
