OIM URL won't load after starting weblogic.

Gents,

We are stuck on at issue for some time and can't seem to find a solution.

We are setting up an OIM environment as a test bed. The environment was working fine with integrations with MS AD and Exchange. Since last few days, the /identity and /sysadmin cannot be opened. The browser goes into an infinite loop and does not land anywhere. The server health is showing OK in Weblogic.Port changes have been tried but still no luck.

Would appreciate any tips or suggestion to get the URLs to work.
