OIM: Unable to pre-populate child form fields

Hi,

I have a child form and a couple of fields to be pre-populated based on some other data. However, when I provision user the process form and the child form, the values in child form are not getting pre-populated. I don't see even the PrePopulate button that we usually see on the process form window. Is there any configuration to make the pre-pop work on the child form?
