OIM throwing ReadOnlyStoreException namespace / BASE DEFAULT

Hi experts, can you please help me to figure out the issue with OIM. It is throwing ReadOnlyStoreException :

oracle.mds.exception.ReadOnlyStoreException: MDS-01273: The operation on the resource /basedelegatedadmin/DataBindings.cpx failed because source metadata store mapped to the namespace / BASE DEFAULT is read only.

How can I avoid this exception. I need to integrate OIM with OAM and I think I should first fix this exception.

Please guide me.
