OIM Role not getting assigned based on Rule

Hello experts,

We have OIM 11.1.1.5 cluster environment. We are facing issue that rule is not getting triggered and Role is not getting assigned automatically. Same rule role combinations working fine in other single node environment. Have you guys come across such issues before. Your input at the earliest here would be helpful.
