OIM Resource in "Waiting" status

How can I get the "Waiting" status to be changed to provisioned.

What happened is that Exchange is Dependant on AD. AD gets stuck in provisioning and Exchange goes into Waiting mode. When AD provisioning is fixed and goes to Provisioned state, Exchange is still in Waiting.
How and when will it change to provisioned? Do I need to do something?
