OIM Required fields Missing. Which Fields?

I am getting a really meaningful message from OIM.

Class/Method: tcUSR/eventPreInsert Error :Mandatory fields are blank or null.

trying to do a recon. of course it doesn't say anywhere "which" field is missing. so we disabled all the required fields for the user record and still getting the error.

How do I get OIM to tell me exactly which field is missing.
