OIM R2 pre-requisite tasks

Dear All,
I am following Oracle documentation on R2 upgrade: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E27559_01/doc.1112/e28183/oim_up.htm#BABGBFHB

1. How to verify that oracle.soa.worklist.webapp is targeted to Oracle Identity Manager server in 11.1.1.5.0?
2. How to target oracle.soa.worklist.webapp to Oracle Identity Manager Managed Server if it is not?
3. How to verify that oracle.idm.uishell is in No Stage mode?
4. How to "address" all pending requests before you begin upgrading? What needs to be done?

I would appreciate your feedback.
