OIM - Provisioning Process Conditional Tasks

Hi All,
I'm trying to add a conditional task to a resource provisioning process. My goal is to generate a manual task if a particular form field has a predefined value.

I first defined a Task Assignment (sub type User Provisioning) rule that contains only a simple Field == x Rule element.

Then, I added this rule into the assign Tab of the task marked as Conditional and I restarted OIM Server.

Unfortunately when provisioning starts the task is not generated/assigned.

What is wrong? Maybe the condition that the task has to meet are configured by another way?

Anyone can help me?
