OIM Process Task adapter is returning null

Hi

I have a custom code which does some provisioning operations and return the status as Success or Error etc. I have created the process task adapter for this code and attached to process task.

In the adapter mapping of process task i have mapped the adapter return variable to response code and i have created responses like Success, Error under response tab of the process task.

When I test the provisioning, the code is executing provisioning operations and setting the status as "Success", but OIM not able to get this response and the task is getting rejected showing null values for Response, Response Description under Task Details in admin console.

OIM Version: 9.1.0.2 BP07

Please help me in resolving the issue. Appreciate your early response.
