OIM .out log file is not generating

Hi,

We have OIM 11g R2 installed in our DEV environment.But I am unable to see oim_server.out log file.It is not generating.When I am opening oim_server.out log file below is the logs which I am getting.The logs were coming till 26th March and after that they are not coming.Somebody please tell what is the problem.
