OIM - Mass update to move AD account from existing OU to new OU

What would be the easiest/accurate way to update 2,000 records? We need these to move from one Active Directory Organization Unit to a new Organization Unit. All the data is correct in OIM and AD for these 2,000 records so no data change is really needed. But we want the OU to change per new access policy.
