OIM - Justification Field

Let's say I make a change in OIM - for example to disable a user. Before doing so, it will ask me for a Justification (and an Effective Date).

After submitting the request, I have no way of seeing the notes that were made. Where can I see this information?

If I want to see a history log of all the changes that were made to a User Account in OIM - where can I see this? Weblogic, EM, SysAdmin Panel of OIM?
