In OIM 11g R2 PS3 (11.1.2.3.0) - Identity GUI - I am trying to assign a role to the user. Searching for role by the name sometimes works as expected. But sometimes it takes several minutes and in the result there is the same role listed several times (see screenshot below). I am trying to find the reason for such a behavior. I thought the problem is db connection pool related - but I have disabled the job scheduler, increased the number of connections in the connection pools for OIM related data sources defined in Weblogic - without any success.
I have also tried to set the log level for "oracle.iam.catalog" and the child loggers to TRACE:24 - but there is nothing in the diagnostic log (see dump below).
During the long searching the GUI app doesn't respond to switching to other tabs - for example I am not able to switch to OIM tab "Users" - the app doesn't respond to my clicks.
Do you have any idea what can I do in order to find out the reason for such behavior?
