OIM corrupts NTFS log files entries during rotation

Hello,

I am running OIM 11.1.2.3 on Weblogic 10.3.6, on Windows Server 2012 R2. We are settling in to a fresh installation. Some of the logging is turned up to finest:32.  The logs are configured to rotate at 10MB and to keep 10 files. My problem is that once the rotation is done, the log files due for deletion are not properly deleted. It seems OIM thinks it's done, but I can not actually delete them, I cannot look at the permissions, (access denied) on the files and they are rapidly consuming disk space. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a solution?
