Hi ,
I am getting error while request a user account to provision on target resource. the issue is when user Request an Account or Entitlement the message show "Request has been submitted for Approval". but when I am tracking the request, the request status is "Request Failed" and it shows error in oim_server.log file given below and also attached screenshot of request error, The issue is with all OOTB workflows.
