Hi
I need to have two approval tasks in my approval process. Every time, request is raised only by the xelsyssdm (System administrator)
Here I want the approval request to first to go to
1. the manager of the target user, and (Manager approval task))
2. then to an approver group. (Approver group approval task)

But requirement is that based on the group membership of target user, approver group's approval task must be executed. -- If the target user is in the Approver's group, then approval must not be done by him. (A typical scenario)

How can I achieve that?

I tried to have two approval processes and user process determination rule. But problem is that in approval process determination rule, I cant use target user's information. So this is a problem for me.
