OIM access policies approver, certifier and fulfillment

Hi!

I'm starting to learn oim 12.

I'm creating an access policy. At one point It (oim) asks me if I want to select a user or a role for these three categories: Approver, certifier and fulfillment.

I guess It refers to the approval workflow, but I didn't find anything on the site that would explain to me well what these roles correspond to.

Is there anyone who could explain to me what these voices correspond to? Even an example would be perfect.
