OIM 11g installation steps

Did anybody install OIM 11g? If you did and it works I would appreciate your advise/guidance regarding installation
I would like to install just Oracle Identity Manager from fusion middleware 11g suite. What is the quickest path?
Is this correct versions and steps?
1. Install database 11.2.0.1 (Any patches to apply?)
2. Install weblogic 10.3.3 (Any patches to apply?)
3. Deploy schemas using RDU (????)
4. Install OFM 11.1.1.2
5. Upgrade to OFM 11.1.1.3
6. Follow configuration guide for OIM 11g
Per documentation, I have to install 11.1.1.2.0 first and then patch it to 11.1.1.3. Is there a shortcut?
