OIM 11.1.2.2.0 Access Policies Delete Option

1) Today in OIM 11.1.2.2.0 I do not see an option to delete an Access Policy. Is there a way to do that?

If needed, do you recommend deleted the details from pol,poc,pof,pog tables?

2) Also, in order to shuffle up the Priorities of these Access Policies, would exporting and changing all the priorities in xml and Re-Importing the policies work(using deployment manager)?
