OIG and eDirectory integration via OVD

Hi all,

We are using OIM 11g R2 PS3. We have installed Novell edirectory connector in OIM and able to perform target reconciliation.

We have OVD and edirectory is configured in that.

Can we communicate to edirectory via OVD from OIM?. Currently we are directly connecting to edirectory from OIM
