OID page - internal error

I installed OiAS 9.0.2 on W2000 professional. First the Infrastructure then the midtier "BI and Forms". Installation and configuration is ok. I try to connect to all the pages available (http//host_name.dns_suffix:1810, http//host_name.dns_suffix:7779, http//host_name.dns_suffix:7777/pls/orasso, http//host_name.dns_suffix:7777/oiddas) and everything seems to work fine. All components that I need are running correctly.
If I shutdown the computer and I restart it I cannot connect anymore to http//host_name.dns_suffix:7777/oiddas and the components http server, oc4j_BI_forms ecc. are not available. I repeated the installation 3 times experimenting always the same behaviour.
Anybody can you help me???
