OID licensing

Hi,

I`d like to use OID (synchronized with AD) as a directory for db users.
I remember that in Oracle 9 times it was bundled as an option to database but now I see it was moved to Fussion Middleware.
So correct me if I am wrong - I have to buy license for Fussion Middleware and for example Identity Management suite to get OID ?
