OID is down and it won't start

Hello Everybody,

I nee your help with this issue.
the OID is down, and when i start the OPMN it does not start. when checked the oidldap log file i found the following error:

i couldn't find anything helpful about this error, but i suspect that there is something wrong i did when i migrated users to the server using ldap.
