OID Authentication Failed

I am facing a very wierd problem. I did AD-OID sync few days back and till today it was working fine but after OID-Ebusiness suite user ldif migration, all users including AD users are failing to authenticate against OID.

I am able to bind the AD user sucessfully against AD but not against OID. When I am trying to reset the password in OID for the AD user, I am getting ldap exceptions.

What should I do? Any help is appreciated.
