In OIC (Oracle Integration 3), scheduler status appears to be Good in portal while the actual interface triggers did not happen.
This was kind of an internal stuck thread, please comment.
Restarting the scheduler resumed back the normal behavior.
Trying to find preventive measures for future, if any.
