We have a requirement to connect OIC to OIA.
We've created the connection using the Intelligent Advisor adapter in OIC. The connection works, and we are able to see the ‘deployments’ when adding the connection in the integration canvas. However, when opening the mapper action, it doesn't show the input parameters, other than ‘Outcomes’ and ‘Cases (blank)’.
In OIA, we confirmed the Policy Model is ‘Deployed’ and ‘Activated’. For Channels, only ‘Web services - Assess’ is checked. For the Permissions, we've followed the Oracle documentation.
What might be causing the missing input parameters in the OIC mapper? Is there anything we should check in OIC or OIA in this regard?
We'd appreciate any assistance and guidance on this.
