OHS times out connection to weblogic after 300 seconds causing new request

Hi folks,
I'm connected to weblogic 10 via OHS (https) hosting SM. While processing a large file, OHS seems to be dropping connection and reconnecting back to weblogic after 300 sec. This causes yet another request (with same data) to be posted to my servlet messing up the previous request already running. If I bypass the OHS/SM going directly to weblogic v http, everything works fine.

Even though, we have the timeout set to 1200 seconds in httpd.conf, OHS still drops connection and reconnect to weblogic after 5 mins, but only once though. Before, it was happening every 5 minutes. Ideally, we would like the connection between OHS and weblogic stay alive for at least 1200 seconds.

Any help is appreciated.
