OHS on Forms/Reports 12c production installation

Hello everyone,

I've been experimenting with Forms 12.x lately, and I seem to be missing a step somewhere in configuration, but I don't see what I've forgotten to do. What I've done:

  • Install FMW Infrastructure (WLS)
  • Install Forms/Reports
  • use RCU to create a repository
  • Configure forms/reports (selected Oracle HTTP Server colocated during the configuration, and ensured I added an OHS instance to the machine)
  • Set up node manager, credentials, etc

I'm able to start everything just fine, including the OHS instance, but it appears as if the OHS isn't configured with the mod_wl_ohs mappings for WLS_FORMS and WLS_REPORTS.

What did I do wrong here? Am I missing some crucial piece of documentation?
