OHS error -./httpd: error while loading shared libraries: libdms2.so: cannot open shared object file

Hello,

I have installed OHS on a newly built cloud RHEL ec2 instance. however after installing and configuring OHS , when I tried checking for ohs version using ./httpd -version I got below error.

can someone please?

./httpd -version

./httpd: error while loading shared libraries: libdms2.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I can't start service as well.

systemctl start httpd

Failed to start httpd.service: Unit not found.

Env details:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.7 (Maipo)

OHS - 12.2.1.4
