Hi,

We're using OHJ 4_1_2 and getting unexpected results when searching in Japanese and Chinese versions of our help files.

1) In Japanese we can only succesfully search on individual words. Searching a phrase or entire sentence gives no results.

2) In Chinese we get the reverse of the above, i.e. we can only successfully search on an entire sentence and searching on individual words or phrases gives no results.

3) In both Japanese and Chinese we can only successfully search using double byte search criteria. If we use single byte equivelants we get no results. Appreciate this may be a bit obscure as what we are searching for is in double byte, but it is possible to succesfully retrieve double byte with single byte equivelants in the other help format we use - HTML Help.

Any thoughts, comments, info on the above would be much appreciated.
