OHJ and ICE Browser Namespace problems

Hi

We are using OHJ for our help and also using a licensed version of ICE Browser for displaying web pages and reports from within the application, but there is a namespace problem as a result of which either we can get the help to work or we get the browser to work depending on the position in the classpath

has anyone else encountered this problem before, Could you please let me know how to handle this problem
