OGG extract process Time Since Chkpt keep increasing

Hello

I'm replicating data from source database 11g on Windows to target 12c (pdb) on Linux. Problem arises when extract process stop working and Time Since Chkpt keep increasing. Though the process still shows it self as running but the transactions are not being replicated.

I don't see anything significant in extract log file:

Every time I've to restart the process to make it working again.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
