OGG-10111, Error opening parameter definition file:ggparam.dat

I've set up basic GG replication from Oracle db to another Oracle.

But, today I created a new directory while installing GG for BigData, without any change in environment variables.

After that, when I start ggsci, I receive an error:

OGG-10111, Error opening parameter definition file:ggparam.dat

errno: 2 - no such file or directory

however, ggparam.dat exists in OGG_HOME, and the GG worked till recently.
