OGG-01224: a problem with golden gate collector

I have encountered a problem that I can't find the reason.

ERROR OGG-01224 Oracle GoldenGate Collector for MySQL: writeread failed, error 0.
ERROR OGG-01668 Oracle GoldenGate Collector for MySQL: PROCESS ABENDING.

I have readed the help book of err message, it says that it is a network problem, but I can telnet the port of the server that is running the ogg collector.

Someone can tell me what casues this problem and guides me to resolve it.
