OGG-01223 TCP/IP error 10060

I got this error while setting GG replication between windows source to Linux target .

The error is :

WARNING OGG-01223 TCP/IP 10060 < A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time

,or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.>, endpoint:v01uiggtdata02p:7809

Any solution to this error ?
