Hi.
I can't get any reference about this issue. So I will describe my situation.
I'm using the following version:
Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Oracle
Version 12.2.0.1.1 OGGCORE_12.2.0.1.0_PLATFORMS_151211.1401
The scenario is
- I have 35 REPLICAT (Integrated Mode) processes
- Following session values in database parameters

ERROR OGG-00664 Oracle GoldenGate Delivery for Oracle, <replicatGroupName>.prm: OCI Error Flushing database inbound server, 'OGG$<replicatGroupName>' (status = 26815-ORA-26815: Error from Apply Network Receiver for Apply "OGG$<replicatGroupName>" and Capture "replicat".
ORA-00018: maximum number of sessions exceeded)
- By doing a : select count(1) from v$session - I always get around 250 sessions.
- I don't understand why I get this error in Golden Gate has the parameter session value is 472
It's very obvious that it's related with sessions as per the ORA- message
Can you please help me identify why this error occur, once there are still available sessions ?
How many sessions do i have to guarantee for each Replicat Process?
Can you please advise?
Thanks
Cheers
Mara
