NMS - OFS integration adapter APIs should support changing the availability crew and updating the unavailability reason to NMS. If possible the adapter should be able to consume the start / end date times from OFS and display these on the Crew Actions table in NMS. The business case for this is to provide the NMS operator information on the duration for which a crew will be unavailable.
